Our Proccess

Step 1

CASTING

Top grade Resin is poured over sheet drums or rods.

Step 2

BLANKS

Sheets are punched into blanks.

Step 3

CURING

Blanks are then cured in water.

Step 4

TURNING

Blanks are made into buttons through tools.

Step 5

POLISHING

Buttons are then polished for 24 hours to get desired shine.

Step 6

DISPATCH

Buttons are then packed and dispatched to customers worldwide.
