times all slaughter cattle end up in what is called feed
lot. Since the goal is to put more fat on the animal,
the rancher who Raises the cattle dehorns them when they
are baby calves. The end result is very fe horned cattle
being raised. We at our end have started encouraging the
ranchers to raise the cattle with the horns and results
have yielded the fruit in terms that we are able to collect
more horn from the slaughter houses. Making articles from
buffalo horn is a long standing traditional craft which
